At the 2007 Legal IT
Forum, Allvision's Andrew Haslam chaired both roundtable and panel sessions on
Litigation Readiness, with his paper on the topic appearing in the

. Allvision's Andrew Haslam was part of two panels addressing Litigation Readiness
issues at the 2007 UK ILTA conference. He provided input on
both the
strategic approach
and the
practical steps
firms should
adopt. Allvision's Andrew Haslam assisted Geldards' Litigation group explore the
implications of the changes to the UK's Civil Procedure Rules for
electronic evidence and how this might impact their disclosure

Allvision's Andrew Haslam attended the 2007 LegalTech conference in New York and participated in a number of sessions exploring the most recent development in the EDD world as well as evaluating the latest product offerings in the accompanying exhibition. Allvision Comment on the Changes to the US Federal Rules (Dec 2006) On 1st December 2006, the US Federal Rules of Procedure changed to take account of Electronic material. Allvision's Andrew Haslam co-authored two articles on the changes and their significance, one for World Tobacco as both an online synopsis and a printed article . The second was for IT Law Today as a hard copy article . Allvision runs EDD workshop at the Legal IT Forum 2006 (Oct 2006) In continued recognition of the significance of this area, and his expertise in the field, Allvision's Andrew Haslam ran the EDD workshop at the 2006 Legal IT Forum. Allvision sp eaks at IQPC Conference (Oct 2006) Allvision's Andrew Haslam was part of the Litigation Readiness panel at the IQPC 2006 Information Management and E-Disclosure conference. Allvision in partnership with LECG (Jun 2006) Allvision announced that they are working with LECG to establish their EDD practice within the UK. Andrew Haslam will be providing sales and marketing input to the new team. Allvision obtain Advanced EDD Certification (Mar 2006) Allvision's Andrew Haslam was the only UK consultant to attend Kroll Ontrack's inaugural Advanced E-Discovery certification course 23 - 24 March 2006. The detailed syllabus covered a range of topical issues and explored the most significant developments in the area of EDD. Allvision provide Litigation Support consultancy to Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (Mar 2006) Allvision's Andrew Haslam has been retained by RPC to provide litigation support consultancy on a large case with a significant electronic disclosure requirement. Andrew will be educating the legal team in the available technologies and then managing the selection and implementation of their preferred solution. Allvision provide consultancy to Berrymans Lace Mawer (Feb 2006) Allvision's Linda Spiers has been retained by Berrymans Lace Mawer to conduct a full scale review of their IT policies and procedures. Allvision to run EDD workshop Gleneagles 2006 (Feb 2006) In recognition of the emerging significance of this area, and his expertise in the field, Allvision's Andrew Haslam has been asked to run an EDD workshop at the 2006 Legal IT Forum. Allvision's Andrew Haslam nominated for Legal Technology Awards 2006 (Nov 2005) Allvision's Andrew Haslam has been nominated as Consultant Personality of the Year in the 2006 Legal Technology awards. The nomination recognises Andrew's prominence in the field of EDD and the contribution he has made to the UK Litigation Support industry over the past 8 years. Allvision to run EDD workshop Gleneagles 2005 (Oct 2005) Allvision's Andrew Haslam ran the EDD project roundtable session at the 2005 Legal IT Forum in Gleneagles. Allvision attends Litigation Management Forum (Sep 2005) Allvision's Andrew Haslam attended the inaugural Litigation Management Forum chaired by Richard Susskind in London on 21 September. The forum addressed the many issues facing the litigation support community with particular emphasis on the rapid changes in the area of electronic discovery. Andrew was an active participant in the workshop discussions and led a debate on the emerging use of "Native" review and production. Andrew is now fully qualified to provide advice on the collection, processing, review and production of electronic documents – for resolution of important investigations and litigation matters. Allvision extend Contact at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (Apr 2004) Following on from the review work carried out by Allvision's Linda Spiers , the company has been asked to help RPC implement the selected solution. Linda will continue in her role as project manager and oversee the configuration and deployment of the chosen application. Knowledge Management initiative in Lovells which has now been twice nominated for
Legal IT Awards in the category of "Best Knowledge Management project".
